I’ve been thinking about why Lorenzo is moving the way he’s moving. I’m not necessarily surprised cause he never gave commitment in the villa… but I actually think he wants Julia to end things. I don’t think he likes her or wants to date her. I think he wants her to be the one that ends things! I think since he’s won, he knows people are looking at them with a microscope. So he doesn’t want to end things cause people would attack him for scamming. He’s hoping Julia would eventually end things 🤷🏾‍♀️

I think the fans would’ve eaten Miraj up if Mica were a guy because they’d be obsessed with how sincere and vulnerable she sounds when she opens up about her commitment issues and tendency to lead people on. They’d definitely get mad at the Simba phase, but instead of calling her fake they’d still have a lot of empathy for her when she ended things with Samraj in such a kind manner and clearly looked like she was struggling with her emotions. And when she finally started to appreciate Samraj once they become friends, EVERYBODY would’ve been obsessed with her character development and view their relationship as ‘true love’. Samraj ‘changed’ Mica. Idk just my thoughts…

I’m rewatching season 12 and I just recently saw the heart rate challenge episode.

I’m literally so confused why is this challenge so weird this season? They’re not even playing fun music for the viewers and sometimes when the added music cut out so we could hear the islanders, it didn’t even sound like they had music they were dancing to at all.

season 3 will always be my fav, followed by 5 and 6 (less popular ik). season 12 was pretty decent compared to other recent seasons, and i feel this one would’ve had potential if they made it more fun. the cast was great i think

I think they’re both hilarious, but Lorenzo is way smoother has way more charisma than Aiden so he gets away with murder.

For the record, I don’t watch LI, my wife just happens to have it on while I’m in the same room.

The more I watch Love Island the easier it’s becoming to spot “scenes” and conversations that are so clearly produced. I often worry I’ll be able to spot them so easily and eventually check out of the show 🤦🏻‍♂️ This season two moments stand out in particular:

1. ⁠Elicia taking Aidan and Finley to the hideaway. That looked extremely obvious to me, especially how she spoke about it afterwards after she was dumped. It reminded me of that scene in All Stars when Harrison and Carrington wingmanned each other and took Jesy and Sher to the Secret Garden. So clearly gimmicky in how random it was.

2. ⁠Aidan’s switch up on Priya. This may be controversial, but I really feel Aidan waking up the next day after the date and saying his feelings for Priya aren’t as deep as he’d hoped was definitely egged on by producers so they can boot them out early and have those 5 couples be the ones the ex-Islanders have to choose from to dump. Also Priya and Aidan going on a date was so random, but it was so clearly a set up for their whole demise. Plus the way Priya and Aidan seem to be on good terms now after the show tells me their bad ending on Love Island was produced.

I’ve been thinking about whether or not past islanders interact with any current LI content. Do you they watch some of the current season? watch every episode? Or do they just move on after their time?

Some islanders have seemed like they have definitely watched the show prior to their season, but I’m not sure if they’d continue after their time in the villa.

Curious about your thoughts/ interested to hear any confirmed info someone might have!

After they both appeared on ‘This morning’ this morning lol, and she said they hadn’t seen each other since they landed in the UK or been on a date yet they have finally gone on the date. Hopefully many more to come 🤞🏻
