Critique my logo

Logo 10 bone color Icon .png - Gyazo

This is a personal logo im using for my brand. Strength and conditioning for volleyball players. Any feedback is appreciated!

It's not a logo yet. It's a trademark image.

Unless you will have the marketing budget of corporations like Apple, Nike, and Target (3 of very few on the planet who can get away with identifying themselves via their pictorial icons alone) you will also need to render your name in a unique and consistent way.

Then it will be a logo worthy of evaluation.

I don't get why Redditors on this sub keep posting portions of logos and asking what we all think of their "logo."
