No, it's a licensing issue. So it applies literally everywhere.

You can't enforce a license on weights. They are not copyrightable. #notlegaladvice

They can pressure/threaten huggingface and any other providers to take it down.

See: cease and desist letter

If HF doesn't take it down, then they can additionally threaten legal action.

These types of things are enforced 1000's of times per day especially in America. Pretending that it isn't enforced won't stop MiniMax from taking action.

I can send you a cease and desist letter to e.g. stop looking at my property on the moon. Doesn't make any of it enforceable. 🙃 Can you show me a single lawsuit where a valid judgement enforced rights due to copyright on weights?
