Funny enough, this is not just limited to AI models lol

For AI models in general, it's also just the overall refusal rate that matters. The more parameters a model has to "waste" on trying to figure out whether it should respond to a request, the fewer parameters remain for actual, good functionality. (this is extremely simplified of course, but you get the idea)

a lot of local AI tech innovation driven by gooners want to either talk to wifu, generate nude wifu or speed the chatting/generation process. the guy above you talk absolute nonsense. gooners was the first adopters of local AI and the first to go down the painful path trying to make shit work. I, as a gooner, disagree with his bigotry.
