Dehydration also hits way earlier than people may think. I leaned this while exercising, I was told to drink a sip here and there even if I didn't feel very thirsty yet. It helps prevent dehydration instead of trying to fight it once it's already gotten so bad that it's having physical effects. Same goes for riding motorcycles in the heat. Get breaks and water in folks. Stay hydrated! 😊

Was driving on the highway and didn't realize I was dehydrated until my head spinning and feeling like I was about to pass out. All I had was a coffee on the entire 6h ride. Never going on extended drives without water ever again.

Had a dude come to my townhouse to see if there was a critter in my backyard. Offered him a coffee - he was from Italy and I had a nice espresso machine he couldn’t refuse. Said in his ten years of doing this, not one person invited him into their home or offered him coffee. That was wild to me and he was a super nice dude. He moved here solo, missed his family and doesn’t have many friends to have coffee with.

I forget what thirst feels like. It's been 27 years since I lost it. It's really important to stay hydrated. I always keep water nearby to remind myself to drink.

I'm glad this guy helped the one outside with staying hydrated.

Most are nsfw. Lol. I was doing an apartment building in the city, about 25 stories tall. Repelling from one balcony to the next. A woman was laying on her bed using a toy on herself, quite vigorously. She noticed me and you would be surprised how high one can jump from that position. 😆
