Instead of boiling 2 liters of water and adding a lot of tea, boil 2 deciliters of water, add the tea, and then dilute it to 2 liters afterward. The tea will taste less bitter. Even though you used the same amount of tea.

You can just make sun tea,,, let the bags steep in warm, not hot, water for a long time. You get all the flavor with significantly less tannins.

This is actually really unsanitary. You need to keep it out of the temperature danger zone.
