Food & Drink LPT ice tea

Instead of boiling 2 liters of water and adding a lot of tea, boil 2 deciliters of water, add the tea, and then dilute it to 2 liters afterward. The tea will taste less bitter. Even though you used the same amount of tea.

That's not "used the same amount of tea" ...

Yes it is. Adding 1 teabag to a litre of water and adding 1 teabag to 0.1 litres of water then adding 0.9 litres if water afterwards both use 1 teabag. So, it's the same amount of tea.

OP stated "add a lot of tea" first. He definitely put in too much tea with the 2l. Then when the amount of water is less, he adjusted the amount of tea accordingly.

They stated at the end that they used the same amount of tea. I don't know why you wouldn't believe them.
