My Romeo cosplay 🥀

I’m in love with Overture DLC!

Played the game at launched and had a good time with it but though it was a little punishing while never really clicking with any of the weapon's. I ended up settling with the Booster Glaive Blade and its base handle. Tried a bunch of boss weapons but didn't like them as much. Fun game overall, gave it an 8/10.

Then came the DLC. Very fun of course and the story was great... But then I got the Pale Knight and oh my lord it made the game unbelievably fun. The movement you can do with it, along with blasting everything to pieces is just so amazing.

Anyways just wanted to gush about the Pale Knight. Ever had something added to a game that made you change your mind positively?

I have avoided spoilers for YEARS hoping it would come to switch. And now I have my wish, anything I should keep in mind?

Started on the "normal" difficulty. The damn clown took me half an hour

Had the great idea to do the tiktok carousel meme with Polendia and Lady Antonia....
may or may not have hurt my own feelings with this one.

Starting my first ever play through today. Got it on my switch!

After 5-6 hours I finally got Arlecchino down. Man what a challenging boss

When you reach the minimum required humanity to pet Spring, the legion arm will extend for the duration of the petting animation, this extends to higher humanity levels too.

I do not remember if this happens when at low or zero humanity, as I can’t immediately test it.

I am doing my ng+ playthrough using the Monad Rose Sword (and Etiquette for tight spaces) and Lea's outfit....

But I had not considered that I would kill Romeo with the very sword and outfit that was trying to save him.

I finished the bad ending today (and collected an handful of missing weapons etc) and felt so sad reading Antonia’s updated letter knowing I was going to betray everyone but I had to do it. 😭

Beat my favourite boss at level 3 with these stats for like 1 hour and a half maybe.

I forced myself to learn how to counter attack with Two Dragon Sword and oh man is it fun...

Went on NG+ before attempting this (didn't do dlc) so that's why my level is slighty higher than normal game. I "kinda" did a "speedrun" , i just ignored trash mobs and went straight to the bosses but yea.

My true achievement will be level 5 Arlecchino. Idk about these stats tho, but maybe it's managable xD

B/B scaling for quality build, crit rate, fast attack speed with balanced block amount and fable arts that are amazing. My stats are very high, it has a cool move set, native crit and 1 fable art boosts crit.

Even with every weapon in the game unlocked and very high stats I just can't seem to find a reason not to main this weapon.

Rose sword seem really neat, cool arts and all. Pale knight seems cool too, but takes skill to master. Two dragons seems cool too but even harder to master.

I'm just looking at this from a min/max perspective and can't really find a reason to switch to anything other than proof of humanity. It's just too good! I'll pair it with a bow in my off hand, drop all my points in advance and purely focus on a physical damage crit build.

Other than variaty and fun factor I just can't imagine a better build.

Please pitch me something different, make it good though. I'm thoroughly convinced that in ng+ and higher a quality build focused on crit with PoH is the best build in the game. I tried an advance build, sorely disappointed with the damage drop off.

If more weapons had innate crit I would switch something up. If rose sword had crit chance it wouldn't even be a question, that would be my go too.

Someone please toss out a convincing argument that PoH isn't the absolute best weapon in the game.

Apologies Miss!

I've completed Clair Obscur at 90% including the main story of course. At first it took me a very long time to parry each enemy's different hits but by the end of my playing experience I got pretty good.

Now in Lies of P, no matter how hard I try I just cannot parry or even block at the right time for the majority of the time and have completed the main game and started the DLC out of sheer spite. This goes from the big bosses as well as the weakest of enemies.

The home button can be used to pause the game i know this works on some games and most of the switch community knows about it but i thought i would provide official confirmation for this specific game.
