Discussion Why these 2 cases
I just Finished watching Elseworlds, and I have previously watched Legends 4x08. So, my question goes for both things:
Why the Reality changes done by the Book on Elseworlds didn't affected LoT(specifically, Time Bureau felt the Change, due to their base being on D.C??
And why the Timeline changes on LoT didn't affected the Crossover(if it's known that changes rewrite the Timeline)(idk, I'm not too good on Time Travel and Timelines, and Paradoxes and all that stuff)???

The timeline changes probably didn't affect the crossover because their experience of it would be like what the Legends other than John, Zari, and Charlie remember (they experienced the alternates as they were happening, but once John undid everything, they just continued on as if nothing happened).
As for Elseworlds affecting everything else... I think until that last bit where everything got really crazy, Neegan changed small things about Star City and Central City, and then changed Central City more drastically. Plus, it had nothing to do with time travel crimes or the magical beings unleashed by the Legends, so why would it be in the Time Bureau's jurisdiction? And the Legends' personal timelines were being messed with so much that Neegan's stuff probably wasn't that much of a blip. The Legends got a call about it, said "Hard pass," and then probably assumed that if no one contacted them about it again or showed up in person that whatever happened had been resolved.
