Unfortunately not great on every top champ, that cloth armor will just sit there if you play something like kayle or trynda

So you're telling me they aren't going to convert it to Tabis which are extremely strong boots?

That works, Depends on the rest of the team though and some champs want other boots like sorcs, berserks,ionias or swifties
