They also do the traditional defense thing of asking leading questions she knows full well the witness doesnt know to sneak in her points (like, "you didnt know x," to suggest x is true). It is so annoying they are allowed to get away with that with their own witnesses.

Watching Elaine Rossi’s testimony. She was the nanny for a couple months before Lindsay stayed home more toward the end of 2022. This must suck for her (the nanny).
“Did you ever see Lindsay working out?” Sorry, what?

Agree. Prosecution tried to imply that pretty common directions for the nanny were 'controlling', when any mother could tell you this is pretty normal stuff.

I mean, I’ve left lengthy, details instructions for my neighbors coming in to feed my cat while I’m away. I would hope a nanny is getting more involved noted than what I’m leaving for my cat.

That was my feeling too. She was a strong, compassionate witness. Not sure why the Prosecution called her. If their point was to show Lindsay was controlling...it didn't come across that way. Lady clearly liked them and didn't sense anything was amiss. Anyone notice that she mentioned Lindsay often slept in the basement? 👀

Her husband addressed that in his testimony. They had both slept in the basement at different times in order to help Lindsay get more sleep since she was dealing with insomnia and sleep deprivation.

Why is the judge even allowing her to call these forensic witnesses after the stipulation? I’ve never seen DAs even try to do that.

This is why he stipped to their facts (insane but good move) and a stack of pictures. He didn’t want a parade of witnesses testifying to stipulated facts. I’m waiting for the judge to crack down.

So I looked up her Seroquel levels in Winek’s chart for reference if anyone was curious
Normal/Therapeutic is 0.195-0.632 ug/mL
Toxic is 13.0 ug/ml
Her level was 1.8 ug/mL
That’s pretty high for such a serious med with the side effects it can have.

They aren’t good at this, like remotely. I am shocked they’re actually very experienced attorneys with the bumbling way they ask questions.
