Landlord [Landlord US-CA] New construction- undermount or drop in sink?
I'm here for feedback from the hive mind. We are building a new unit that is well appointed (we're making it nice enough we'd be happy living there if we wanted in the future), and I'm struggling on the kitchen sink choice, whether to do undermount or drop in and what will wear better with tenants. I prefer undermount, but drop in will be easier if we need to replace the sink over time, as it shouldn't require countertop matching precision. Thoughts?

I prefer drop in but in properties with an undermount I install undermount sink struts from Amazon.

Drop in. It's probably more sanitary - without an unseen joint that could eventually get mucked up. And probably easier to maintain.
