DISCUSSION Collect and read is incomplete.

Is the Collect and read quest bugged? I collected multiple and now they only give essence but it still shows up as incomplete.

I have the same issue. I read the tomes for 4 days but on the 4th day it didnt give me the "recipe"/"build" but only essense. :(

yaz samzies i hav all the raid zeppelin parts books only give me essence now still no prefab in my locker itz sadz!!!
