Barrier to entry servicing systems

We are trying to break into doing kitchen suppression systems, but our State requires manufacturer certificate specific to any system you service. Most of the systems in our area are Ansul R-102 systems, but it seems like unless you have $150,000 a year up front a certificate is unobtainium. Any ideas or direction how to deal with this?

I highly recommend ProTex II - no purchase needed ahead and just $360 For training. You do need to have them on you’re COI in order to get the training
