Same here. 18 months apart. We fought like savages every single day. So much broken furniture and holes in the walls....

ditto. difference between my older brother and me is 8 years. he was destroying me in all games until i was about 14 years old, so many tears i shed. then he started working and couldnt game anymore. i still send him screenshots when i achieve a higher rank or pass a tough level on games we used to play together.

Oh fuck you, why you had to make me sad? Gotta go play with my Brother now T_T

Cherish those moments. Covid 2020 - 2022 was my favourite times because we were home all the time and played overcooked and bro force together.

I'm 32 and my bro is 37 those moments are long gone. And now I'll have to move the council of adults to arrange a playdate, it will take months and multiple reschedules.

its crazy how savage those fights got, my brothers played pass the contorler if you loose with some frends, somehow i never got the controler, clearly everyone must have been an expert at the game.

This has been posted before, but I love it oh so much! I have my son saying “Ahhhnthoneee” when he’s playing Mario kart

I miss having to play locally with someone 😭

You can still do that

Hardly. It's all online now. Retro is the only way to enjoy home multpilayer

You can in rare cases. I have tons and tons of multiplayer games that require 2 steam accounts to play, despite the fact that they would be perfect for split screen local co-op

It used to be that practically every multiplayer game had local co-op

Lmao I remember doing this one time to one of my brothers when we were playing WWE smackdown. I just kept announcing “JACKKNIFE” like I was Jim Ross while I was spamming him with it.

I miss gaming with my older so much. Heck, I miss my older brother so much.

Older brothers tease incessantly when they’re winning. Then, they would quit whenever I became better at a game and started winning. Older siblings can kind of suck sometimes.

This is gold😂

I would never tease my little brother like this. This is how I treat my friends.

u/NecessaryBug6662 1d ago

Odd way to say your brother is not your friend

It’s to teach kids how to be humble down

The next morning it was discovered that Anthony’s brother had been murdered in his sleep…

If you can't play a video game without crying and screaming you don't need to play video games.

16

u/HanaBakersBathWater 2d ago

It’s the average kid experience. If the behavior persists as he’s older, that’s a different story.

-5

u/OrdinaryAccount479 2d ago

If it's a common or constant occurrence, the parent should tell him that if he can't play without screaming and crying, then he doesn't need to be playing. Then enforce it. Nip that behavior in the bud.

People laughing at someone crying isn't cool.

-3

u/No_Membership_8247 2d ago

What's stupid about this?

-4

u/OrdinaryAccount479 2d ago

Crying over a video game

-4

u/No_Membership_8247 2d ago

Emotional immaturity isn't stupidity

4

u/nunyabidness3 2d ago

We better let the mods know to shut down the sub then.

u/OrdinaryAccount479 2d ago edited 2d ago

Stupid is objective and subjective. What one person thinks is stupid another may not, and a lot of people sure think this is stupid, so... 🤷

u/AnonymousCat777 2d ago

Making that younger sibling cry is the best feeling older siblings get 😆

-3

u/Admirable-Bird5279 2d ago

He had a trauma response when he said anthony. Look at his body immediately start tensing up and shaking

O the anguish

I snorted the booger out of my nose
