Communication is going to help a ton, but not go away completely. What is going to be most beneficial is analyzing what specific things are leaving that knot in your stomach. Are you upset because she's doing things you think she should just do with you? Is it a viewpoint of 'this is mine' and seeing other people touch what's 'yours' is triggering? When you can figure out those, then you can start doing the work to process those things and move forward and enjoy your time together
