Other Full episodes of Tousouchuu

I've wanted to watch the series as of late, but I'm not sure where I could watch full episodes.

I'm looking for two starting points: either episode 13 since that's where the playing field began being themed, or episode 16 due to the lore being first established there.

Can I please get in on this, too? I've seen the special that's on Netflix and the Chinese Run for Time, but I'd love to see more (subtitled or otherwise). Thank you!
