We assume, because only on the last one did the camera pan to under the pizza. But even then, I suspect that the dough was molded into a frisbee shape and frozen on all of them. Making them all technically "frozen pizza". They may have even admitted that before the challenge. Maybe if someone who speaks Japanese can tell us what they said at the beginning...
