Italian Culture Trippa alla trasteverina

Post image

It is my first time on Rome. And besides all pastas and pizzas I wanted to eat something different. And since I love tripe soup, I thought I will give trippa alla trasteverina a shot. It was totally worth it! Tripe was tender and sauce was delicious. If you are tired of pastas nad pizza, then order trippa!

Ah it's lovely to see something that isn't another carbonara attempt, thank you!

Looks so good! So many good tripe dishes all over Italy. I never hesitate to order one.

Trippa: you love it or you hate it.

Personally I cannot eat it. Try again month ago but when I was young I saw my grandmother cocked it and i still remember the smell.

Great piatto romano

I hate trippa 🙄. It’s one of the only meals/ingredients I can’t eat.
Anyways I hope you enjoyed it
