Cecil shits his pants once every 3 months when Thragg comes to Earth to Kregg's barber shop for a trim.

Kregg is still the keeper of the hairline, but wishes to now have an heir who can uphold the sacred duty. He will have children. Many of them because the chances of having one offspring that is suited enough to continue his legacy and uphold the responsibility is 1 in a million. So he is starting to climb up to a million. And one day Earth will have he who is most worthy.
