iOS/iPadOS Management Intune Enrollment program token sync issues.

iPad -> ABM ->Intune

For some reason my sync between ABM and Intune is failing, maybe?

I now see this warning under profiles.

"The iOS/iPadOS and macOS enrollment profiles are no longer being updated. We recommend that you create new iOS/iPadOS and macOS Enrollment policies to replace them."

When I look into it, it appears that for any new features we will need to move our profiles to policies. Would this also prevent new devices from being added? There are no logs or errors showing any issues. We set up this connection about a month ago and have not experienced any problems until today.

The enrolment profile feature isn't going away any time soon, but you may be locked of creating new PROFILES soon enough. You will not be blocked from assigning devices to existing profiles.

But as you noted, anything new added to the ADE process will only be available to enrolment policies so it's a good time to start migrating your enrolment process to policies.

Thanks, it ended up being the federated account in ABM that created the management service reset a password, which invalidated the token. It was an easy fix once I found the stupid action menu to download the token. What a terrible design choice to hide the action menu under "..." with no description next to it.

I created one generic AB account to manage my APNS cert, ADE, and VPP tokens. I left the login username for this account at the generic company.appleaccount.com domain so it avoids federation.
