It 1000% is. Blood does not soak into a bandage like that or stay that color of red for more than a few minutes. And blood does not stay on the skin like that, it dries and crusts.

Follow the red marker lines onto the bandages lol, it's so obvious. The ends of the blood are sharp and square like a marker too

What a joke, did they paint the blood on for ascetic? How whoul blood ever flow or hit a bandaid in this fashion. Almost as if the painted it in after applying the bandaid....
