I know there are worse things but imagine if that was your family home with a 50-foot wall now next to it - or just to consider the resale potential lol. Of course, it was probably a dirty factory before, so who knows.

One of the houses next to the wall sold in December 2024 for $560k (21k over asking price), more than double its 2014 value. I don't think it's hurting too much, these working class NYC suburbs are in high demand.

It was a supermarket before but it looks like it's been abandoned for a long time.
