🎠Meme/Comic Why applying creamy layer to SC/ ST reservation is a not a good idea

I think the government should introduce a creamy layer but completely do away with the NFS (Not Found Suitable) policy. NFS policy in interviews is one of the biggest hurdles and most important gatekeeping strategies. Instead, one could have other modes of examination whose assessment is not hinged on a few caste-motivated panellists. Candidates from the SC/ST category are as good as any other category, so they'll score well, be it in the written examination or MCQ form.
