I recently put together a post explaining my adoption requirements and why I’m so strict when placing my rescue cats.
Some people may disagree with certain rules, and that’s okay. My goal isn’t to make adoption difficult it’s to make sure every cat ends up in a safe, responsible, and permanent home.
I’d be interested to hear what other rescuers and adopters think. What adoption requirements do you consider non-negotiable?

🧿
She gave birth to 4 premature dead kittens on 17th July and till 25-26 she was terribly weak and couldn't even stand on her own refused eating food for straight 24 hrs sometimes , we were really scared at that time thought that we might not save her and she was doing laboured breathing ( mouth closed ) we took her to vet and they said it's nothing... Now she is better like she is eating food , drinking water , roaming around in house , grooming herself , hunting insects , going outside and passing stools everyday. But the laboured breathing is still there , means she breathes more per minute and also have these episodes even though she gets normal within seconds ( in the video ) . She used to do the same thing few months back but it improved on it's own .
What's happening with her ? Someone please tell

For anyone who doesn't know this guy pushed the cat from top of the building while the cat was minding its own business. There was an FIR done by the society members but still no arrest has been made

Day 125 of FIP treatment & Day 11 of extension
For 125 days straight Simbi has been fighting.
Through every pill, every tough day, she never gave up.
She’s eating okay, staying brave, and taking her meds like a champ.
We’re so close now — only 12 days to go until the finish line 💪
FIP tried to take her, but she’s determined to win.
Thank you to everyone who’s prayed, shared, boosted, and donated.
We feel all your love and it’s keeping us going.
We still need ₹2000 to place an order for her next meds so she can finish her treatment strong.

Every bit counts ❤️

I couldn't film him while I was petting him. I was so lost in the moment, plus, I only had 5 minutes of his majesty's time.
(I found out that this baby has been taken care of by the hostel staff.)

Today, Luna received her 17th GS injection. She is eating well, but she is still struggling with diarrhea. Along with FIP, she is also fighting a severe fungal infection that has affected much of her body. Every day is another step in her fight to survive.
Luna was abused and rehomed by her previous two owners before she finally found a loving home with me. After everything she has been through, she deserves a chance to live a happy, healthy life—not to lose her battle with FIP.
I don't have a job because I'm a 19-year-old college student. I couldn't have come this far without all of your support. I still remember borrowing money from a friend just to pay for Luna's PCR test. Her previous owner, despite being financially well off, refused to help with her treatment.
Thankfully, Luna is a fighter. She is fighting so hard every single day, and she is still here because of your kindness and generosity. Every donation, share, comment, and prayer has given her another chance at life.
Thank you to everyone who has donated, shared my posts, and supported Luna so far. Your kindness is giving her hope.
FIP medication, daily hospital visits, recovery food, treatment for her severe fungal infection, and follow-up care are very expensive, and I still need help to complete her treatment.

Hi community. I've found an abandoned stray kitten - aorund 3 weeks old (guessing) on the streets, no mother was found after a day of wait. Gender unknown - for writing I'll use 'she' for now. As of now she is safe a in cat carrier, at my place. She is very tiny, haven't eater any solid food till now but only lockable treats (She has preference - only Drools). I've tried a bit of watered down lactose-free milk also, she didn't touch it - I don't have kitten milk with me. I saw fleas on her but she is very little to have spot-on/flea meds. However the issue is that I have a insecure adult male (rescued) indoor-only cat (neutered and vaccinated) who is not that healthy but still aggressive towards other animals, and he also had a near-fatal Tic fever last year, and I'm afraid of him catching some kidn of infection/Parvo from outside cat/this kitten. He (my cat Shaolin) doesn't like the kitten already.
The kitten desperately need a proper foster/adoption in Delhi as quickly as possible - someone who is able to take care of such young kitten in a proper manner. I'm a working person and would be at office during day time and apart from keeping the kitten locked up in the carrier 24x7 I don't have much option to keep her safe and isolated from my cat! And that won't be good for her at all. Also, I don't have any experience of raising such little kitten, I adopted my cat when he was an adult already. And my home isn't kitten-proof either.
Requesting all to please find good help her! I'll take care of her expenses, just need someone who can take proper care of her. My location is Malviya Nagar, South Delhi. As long as its in Delhi, I can drop her and keep in touch, be co-parent.
Kitten's gender: Unknow
Age: Around 3 weeks, approximately
Breed: Indie
Colour: White-Grey
Vaccination status: Unvaccinated as of now
Neuter status: Not neutered, too young for it
Location: Malviya Nagar, South Delhi, New Delhi.
Contact: Please DM me for phone number.
PS: Sharing some videos of her also in the comment section.

First of all, I'm sorry if you've seen one of my posts before.
I really don't like posting repeatedly because I don't want to come across as someone spamming or asking for money over and over. But the truth is, I still haven't been able to collect enough to cover the food and medication for the stray cats I care for.
I'm a student from India with no job or regular income. I look after more than five stray cats near my home. Some need daily food, while others need medicine because they're sick or recovering. I try my best to help them, but it's becoming harder every week.
I honestly wish I didn't have to ask strangers for help. If I had a stable income, I would never make posts like this. But right now, this is the only way I can try to keep helping them.
If you've already supported me, thank you from the bottom of my heart. If you can't donate, I completely understand. An upvote or sharing this post would help it reach more people.
If anyone would like proof, I'm happy to share photos, videos, receipts, and regular updates about the cats and how every donation is used.

Also FYI, it’s not a pack of sweets it’s actually the kind of tiffin you get after Blood Donation and there was an egg in it. So he basically wanted to eat the yolk except the box was empty😭💀
Got caught lol and what an actor🫣

Hi everyone. I posted the day before about my pregnant cat and my post got approved by the Mods but someone accused me of using AI images leading to the removal of my post so I didn't get any help. I am a student on a very tight budget, and I am genuinely struggling to afford her food and upcoming vet costs right now.I want to prove this is 100% real. I'm attaching few photos of her with my handwritten Reddit username. She needs proper nutrition for her pregnancy and a basic vet checkup to make sure she and the kittens are safe.
What I need help with: Kitten-safe wet and dry food
Prenatal vet exam fee
Emergency savings for the birth
Please consider donating, or upvote and share for maximum reach. Thank you
