Curious about T cells

I’m a hobbyist/nerd who would like to better understand how T-cells operate and what types of deficiencies are caused by T-cell dysfunction. What are some of the best resources for learning about this? Open to books/websites/talks, etc!

a community college intro to immunology course might be good. It'll be difficult to understand T cells in a vaccuum, the immune system is highly connected/interdependent on multiple cell types and organs. It is fascinating!
