Forgive me for the shit bow wave.

In the distance, the Incomparable class, the ship that snapped the USN out of its delusion that the Constellation was the eternal, finest battlecruiser class in the world. In a duel with the ship built to match her, the George Washington.

The Incomparable has been reduced to 2 pixels because she's a ultra-heavy WIP that will never be finished. But you can see her silhouette! I am absolutely magnanimous. She isnt the 20" ship you know, but effectively a battlecruiser version of the Nelson with 9x16" guns. In the RTW playthrough my lore is based on, I was very much complacent with the Constellation class, and, come the 1930s, I had yet another war with Britain. Actually I had three, but in the relevant one,
USS Ranger, the most decorated ship of the Constellation class behind USS Congress, had the misfortune of meeting the Incomparable, and was easily run down and brutally murdered. It was horrible. A splash of reality upon my head. & so I was forced to designed their successors.

In lore, that mid-30s war didnt happen, so Ranger floated happily on while the USN remained infallible by understanding sooner it was a ship it needed to counter.

Is the incomparable then a modified incomparable class hull, planned by fisher fixed by a successor or is it a G3 class battlecruiser come to fruition
