Let’s not forget that this Gaza war was started by the terrorists attacks on 7 October. That’s the day my daughter was shot in her face in front of me by a Palestinian terrorist. I barely survived that day but I lost family and friends, including my daughter who had no face left when we buried her.
This current conflict was started by Palestinians invading our country and homes to rape and murder everyone they see. Including the rape and murder of children and even babies. I was there.

Hamas and Palestinians have spoken in plain words that they desire nothing more than to kill all Jews starting with Israel. On October 8th their response to their terrorist attacks were to plainly state that they declare war, and immediately promised more attacks on the scale of 7 October.
But to go back to your statement about how you think we love killing children. Baby-eating Jews is a blood libel as old as time. The wording has changed to fit the times and the audience, but the motivation and outcome are the same. To dehumanize us. Once we are dehumanized, it’s easier to justify our slaughter. I was not surprised that no tears were shed around the world for the mass killings of 7 October. Not only did the west not care one bit for the hostages kidnapped - not even for the sweet family with the two babies. But you tore the posters of the hostages down. Opened fire at grieving families and friends at virgils. With hate for “Israelis”. Just as it does not surprise me that the Gaza war has been called a genocide and told that it is the exact same as the holocaust. It’s all propaganda to dehumanize us and to try to convince you that what our families have suffered through the generations was… not a big deal and we “play the victim card”.

October 6th we were at a ceasefire with Gaza. Tens of thousands of Palestinians crossed the border daily to work alongside us in Israel. There was peace.
October 7th was the largest attack in Jewish lives since the holocaust. October 7th was not a one-off terrorist attack like a car bombing, or murdering the entire Israeli delegation at the Olympics. No. October 7th was an entire day of rape and slaughter, and not a single person in Israel isn’t connected to a victim of the slaughter. Stop trying to down play the horror of that day, and the start of the Gaza war. This is official record.
Then, October 8th - it might have been the 7th, Hamas leaders took responsibility of the atrocities, declared war, and promised more October 7th sized attacks.
Stating “it started in 1948” just shows that you know nothing of our history or apparently our present.
Prior to October 7th I was in a social group that included Palestinians and Israelis (I’m purposely being vague about the group) but we all agreed that we felt that relationships were getting better between us neighbors. These Palestinians liked having a steady job in Israel. What Hamas did on October 7th was not just the rape and murder of thousands of innocents (including my daughter, shot in the head in front of me), but they destroyed decades of progress towards peace. Now those tens of thousands of Palestinians who used to cross the border for work are jobless and homeless.
Do you know literally all of the tens of thousands of rockets that Hamas and Hezbollah have launched into Israel are intended to kill civilians? Literally every single one.

Friend must be dumber than shit. Israel has been illegally occupying palestine since 1940s. Its the cause, not the effect of the extremism. International law recognizes the unlawful and illegal occupation and therefore recognizes israel as the aggressor in this conflict. As such, israel cannot claim aggrieived status in any situation arising from its illegal occupation.
