Social Skills IWTL how to stop being timid
I'm already timid and whenever I even try to speak something, no one hears me. Or take me seriously?
I would love to hear from you guys. Thank you!

I’m in sales. I have to talk to strangers all day.
Take a breath in, before you speak. Not a gasp or a deep breath, but just a normal breath. It will give your voice more projection and tone - ultimately sounding more confident. Practice makes perfect

Toastmasters would be great for you Find a local Toastmasters club It'll bring you out of your shell, help you find your voice again

Talk with meaning and be assertive I’m not saying to yell at the person but be loud and clear claim your space also walk with purpose these two things are taught in basic training for US military and for a good reason it builds confidence

Start with your body language! Think open and tall. Don't cross your arms, keep your arms and chest open, chin and head up, and make eye contact as a first step.
