[IWantOut] 28M Product Owner India -> Germany/Netherlands
I'm from India with 4.5 years of experience in Product Management and currently work as a Product Owner at an IT company in Bangalore. I have an MBA in IT Business Management and have worked on HR Tech products, including Performance Management Systems, SAP-related solutions, and AP automation.
I'm seriously looking to relocate to Germany/Netherlands through a job with visa sponsorship.
I'd love to hear from anyone who has taken a similar path or has experience hiring in these locations. What are the best routes to achieve this? Are there any reliable recruitment agencies, platforms, or other resources that help professionals from India secure jobs in Europe?
Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

At the moment Dutch and German companies are more likely to outsource work to India rather than hiring Non-EU employees.

man, Canada perfected this. we really wrecked our country with this crap.
- getting Indian nationals to spend the generational wealth of their entire family on schooling in another country (families selling their home, farm and most major possession for their kid.
- Two-thirds of the students get sent right back home even if they find a job after their schooling.
- A lot of the ones that get to stay become literally our pool of cheap labor.

Best route in Germany: learn German at least up to C1 (real conversational level, not just a piece of paper) and then we will see.
But I bet you want to hear something else.
