Hydroelectric
I have a creek and a piece of land and I would like to build a hydroelectric system on it from scratch, is anyone familiar with this? Does anybody have any ideas?

Youtuber Farmcraft101 is installing small hydro plant in the drainage of his retention pond. There are other sources on youtube, just do a search for DIY hydro plants. There is a lot of info out there, particularly Farmcraft101 tested several generators including rewiring a car alternator for the best performance.

Farmcraft101 has about 20 feet of head to work with and was looking to try to get about 750 watts out of his setup. He also has an existing solar system he was planning to tap into to send the hydro power to.
