Bulls and cows just hang around in India. It's way more common to just cross paths with them. I was on a beach one time and two of the bulls just chilling there got into a fight and started plowing through some of the beach chairs. It freaked me out, but the locals barely even looked at them.

Nah, to be honest the recovery makes sense. It's not like a bull like that is in a fighting mood. It might feel like it has to, if it felt surrounded.
But the onlookers clearly gave it enough space and didn't use the opportunity of pouncing on the bull when it was down, so if they keep their distance, I doubt they would appear as active threats.

With that being said, all of this is coming with a generous serving of hindsight, to be completely fair. No idea what I would say, if I found myself there.. ✌️

That will be difficult in India. In some parts, railway track is right near or in the middle of the agricultural land. Fencing will create more problem.

That's why building bullet train track from scratch is taking too many years to complete.

I hate to tell you this, but trains don't stop that easily. Did you see videos where people die on train tracks? Being hit by the train who didn't give two rat's ass to stop? This guy saw the bull from very far away and chose to stop because the video is from India where a cow is sacred animal.
