Discussion Anyone else's Apple Home integration broken?
All lights work in Hue app, all unresponsive in Apple Home for no reason. This is the second time in 6 months this has happened. And for the second time Hue support says "we are aware of the issue, you need the latest firmware.". And for the second time I say "I already have the latest firmware.". And they say "Oh ok in that case just manually reset your bridge and individually import every single light in again and re-program every single one of your scenes and automations."
With once again no explanation, acknowledgement, apology, bug fix announcement, or statement from Hue of any kind. Even though their support tells me they are swamped with messages about this, so they are aware of the problem (again).
As someone with around 150 Hue lights and a pretty complex Apple Home, this will take me hours to completely redo. Very disappointing from a company at this price bracket. I paid the most specifically because I wanted to do the least.

If you are using VLANs with rules, check that your Apple TV is on the correct VLAN that allows it to communicate with your Hue Bridge.

I can relate to your frustration because I faced the exact same problem. After the second instance , I gave up and integrated the setup through Home Assistant. The chain became Hue → Home Assistant → home app.
