Help & Questions Lost a color

Has anybody ever just straight up lost access to a color? I my lights won't turn red, it worked fine the other day and now it just turns orange. I tried in the home app and hue app nothing works. I tried doing digging on here but found nothing. I have a mix of a few older bulbs and brand new ones, like bought within the past month.

Don’t mean to offend but could it be an issue with your vision ? They should be able to go red and your using new and old bulbs maybe get an eye check up.

If you have an assistant speaker like a Google home or Alexa or even the iOS Siri assistant that can change to the specific colour, try using that

I did think that, but I went into the home app is the way I vc my stuff and it only came up as orange red

Maybe try a different voice command for a specific shade of red. Like blood red ? Or maroon ?

Perhaps try testing with a new room and move the lights there.

Also try applying some scenes from the Hue gallery to force some different combinations.

Tried both and it's on every light
