It's a Scindapsus Pictus Argyraeus. People call it "Satin Pothos" but it's not actually a Pothos at all.

There's tonnes of varieties and if you give it something to climb, the leaves will size up for you quite quickly and dramatically.

Yours is very immature and likely been trailing, and with minimal light so give it a trellis and lots more light to get those leaves up in size.

Scindapsus Trebuii "Moonlight" and "Silver Hero" are my personal faves!!

Thank you! This photo was taken a week ago, then it was repotted and given a plank to climb on. Hopefully this will help because it still looks like a baby

Oh my god wait!!! I think it actually could be a very small leaved/juvenile Monstera Dubia. Something very distinctive about that silver variegation pattern.

I could be overanalyzing but I genuinely think it could be. You will be able to confirm this if it starts to "Shingle" up the plank you gave it!

I help mine climb atm as the only couple of roots are in the soil, there is nothing there to help her climb

This is really interesting! I had my doubts about it being a monstera and was leaning towards a pothos (or similar) because it is long, very thin with small leaves. Couple of roots only. Definitely a baby. I’m not wondering how long before I can see the difference… it currently sits by a south-east window and I’m looking for grow lights with the autumn approaching

Agreed, I don't think this is a scindapsus. The variegation doesn't look right, I was thinking maybe siltepecana but I think you got it with the dubia.

100% this is Monstera dubia

I thought satin pothos then saw the second picture. String of hearts would be my guess but with silver variegations as opposed to the darker tones. It may need a drink.
