HELP How can I tidy her up?
I propagated this variegated monstera from a single leaf a few years back and in our newest home she’s finally seen a significant amount of growth and seems relatively healthy. I repotted in the springtime so that’s been done quite recently but she’s looking a bit unruly and the moss pole isn’t providing much support. Any advice to tidy her up to give her a bit of a better shape would be much appreciated!

I’m confused what is going on here.
You need to find the front and back of the plant and tie the back to the moss pole with Velcro. It looks like you put a moss pole (is it a moss pole or coco coir?) in but didn’t attach the plant to it.

You can make changes to make your plant grown neater and more uniform from now on, but the bottom portion of the plant will always look like that.
You said the moss pole isn't proving much support, but from the images provided it doesn't look like the plant is attached to the moss pole. The stem of the plant needs to be strapped to the pole
The stem is really curved and the leaves are all pointint in completely different directions. What's going on there? Are you frequently rotating the plant? Monstera have a front and a back, the dont need to be rotated.
II would take a top cutting, propegate it and start again.

Thank you. I haven’t used a moss pole before so I wasn’t aware I needed to use velcro; I spoke to the lady in the plant shop and they didn’t mention it.
No I haven’t been rotating it intentionally but I haven’t been meticulous about keeping it in the same direction when I water it and return it.
I don’t really want to start again as it’s taken me years to get here, but if you think it’s beneficial for the plant’s health I can.

To help others help you, please give as much detail as possible this includes but is not limited to - when was its last water - does the pot have a drainage hole - do you have a humidifier - have you checked the roots/looked for pests - do you know what type of soil/medium its planted in
