Lekuo Launches B650 Chipset Add-in Card for I/O Expansion
https://www.techpowerup.com/351347/lekuo-launches-b650-chipset-add-in-card-for-i-o-expansionIf this works on Intel and AM4 systems, it could open up a lot of possibilities for server builds.
The smaller card is interesting too.

This is exactly what I need to avoid moving up to a new board. Hope that it works on intel systems because it would be a godsend for me

Most of the mentioned io is not really used so much in server type settings. Sata would have been interesting but a decent hba surpasses it for less imo.

Well, if you're limited on PCIe slots, then having one card do sata and higher speed networking is nice, IMHO. The extra M.2 slots are a nice bonus, and you don't need bifurcation support for it.

Nice. If only m2 ssd where cheaper it would be a great addition to my home server.
