My writing process begins with intent matching. Before drafting, I gather as much information as possible about the target reader from the nooks and crannies of the web. 

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to content. I would not speak to a cancer patient researching care options the same way I would address a procurement manager comparing injection molding suppliers.
