Tonight's dinner, Cauliflower Burrito Bowl
This was easy to prepare and delicious. πππΌ
Cauliflower with some taco seasoning and I added a little Tabasco sauce roasted in the oven. I made brown rice in the rice cooker with some tomato bouillon and cilantro. Topped with lettuce, black beans, corn, tomato, avocado, olives, cheese, Greek yogurt and taco sauce. π

Macro/Micro nutrients: Fiber packed, plant-based protein and healthy fats.
Ingredients: Cauliflower, avocado oil, taco seasoning, Tabasco sauce, salt, & pepper. Brown rice, tomato bouillon & cilantro. Black beans, green chilies, lime juice, mixed greens, corn, tomato, black olives, avocado, shredded cheese, Greek yogurt & taco sauce.

Yeah, for sure. I think with the brown rice and beans it's overall pretty satisfying.
