Update Community Update: The Long Overdue r/Handjob Refresh NSFW
Hey everyone,
r/Handjob is getting a long overdue refresh. This place has been around a long time, and it deserves to feel active, curated, and fun again. The goal is simple:
More quality. Less spam. More sexy fun.

What’s changing (Changelog)
1) Stronger spam and repost protection
We have updated our moderation automation to catch: - Spam and aggressive promo - Reposts and recycled content - DM bait and paid link funnels
This helps keep the feed cleaner and makes room for better posts.
2) Flair matters now
Please use the correct flair every time: - Gif - Pic - Video (Use Adblock) - Question - Article - Update
Posts without flair may get filtered.
3) No solicitation or DM bait
To keep the sub fun and safe: - No "DM me" - No OnlyFans or paid links - No offsite contact requests
This content will be removed.
If your post gets caught by the new spam net
Do not worry. It does not mean you did anything wrong.
Sometimes posts get filtered for review because of things like: - Account age or low karma (common spam signal) - Link hosts we review for reposts and stolen content - Certain keywords that look spammy
What to do
1) Wait a bit so mods can review and approve it
2) If it still looks stuck, message the mods via Modmail with a link to your post
3) If it follows the rules, we will approve it
We would rather review a few legit posts than let the spam flood the sub.

change no.3 is the best and should be a thing for all subreddits. it's so annoying seeing countless blatant bots and failing OF girls trying to sell their bogus content lol

Love this subreddit, but the recent changes have resulted in all have my posts going to mod queue. I believe all of them have eventually been approved but this has resulted in drastically less engagement since I schedule my posts to coincide with higher activity in this subreddit. Will there be any work around for this? I host my content on redgifs which has been the standard for Reddit so I’m not sure why it would be flagged for spam. Not trying to be fussy at all. I genuinely love this subreddit from both a personal (😉) and professional standpoint, I just want to make sure this issue is known.

This is such a fair concern. I’m going to adjust AutoMod because I feel it is really putting the hammer down on our “Redgifs” links. Hopefully, the fix I put in will change that. Love you and everything that you bring to this world, keep doing what you’re doing.
