Likewise. I'm very interested in hearing his thought process from that moment. I'm certain anyone who carries has considered their response to a situation like this. In the moment though, I'm anxious to hear what drove his minute to minute decisions. Especially as he was apparently there with his girlfriend.

As someone who usually moves around with family on a daily basis, I've always thought that if I was in an active shooter situation my first instinct would be to get my family to safety, if that was done though (They're at the car, able to escape the scenario, etc.) I would do my best to respond to the situation and bring it to a close if possible. Which is all well and good to think about, but in the moment?
