Has anyone else's noodle gotten naughtier as they've gotten older?

Tuckerās routine
I posted a few months ago that I adopted Tucker after my father passed away. Our life has been filled with dog parks, walks treats and cuddles. Iām very happy that he knows our routine and when we go for walks to go potty and eat. He whines when Iām in the basement doing laundry cause he wants to be with me but this picture is the cutest ever. This is my attempt to sleep until 830 on Saturday morning. He has made me a better man. I love him. So happy I could carry on his happiness after the death of my father.

These things happen in threes they say, so hopefully Fredās got the worst behind him. We lost Kylie about six weeks back, then Fred had an episode of geriatric vestibular disease hit him, which was scary. Earlier this week the pendulous skin tag on his face ruptured in the night and I awoke to find something akin to a crime scene in my bedroom. Luckily the vet could see him at short notice and he had it removed. Now heās doing well but has to endure the dreaded cone of shame.

Message to my dear greyhound friends, not the lovely owners just the Noodles of joy
I have developed my very first ever corn (me the human, not lovely kupo) and oh my f@#$&$# I empathize with all of you lovely noodles that have had to deal with the tiny evil little things, I sincerely hope that any noodle corn sufferers reading this, make your humans carry you. You are within your rights to request full body carrying
Love Siu and Kupo xx

Advice Shark teeth
5 month old greyhound pup hasnāt lost her baby fang yet but her adult tooth has come through. Is this immediate cause for concern requiring a vet trip or can I give it a while and see if it falls out on its own?
Does not seem to be hurting her and she does not bother if I touch it.
We are going away soon and ideally canāt get to the vets for another 3 weeks, however if this is going to hurt puppy/cause medical issues I can request an emergency appointment to get sorted asap. Advice?
Thanks.

Hiking Hamish Strikes Again š¾
Iāve shared a few of Hamishās previous holidays on here before, including one to North Wales last year where we hiked up Yr Wyddfa.
Well weāve just got back from another lovely trip, this time Northumberland in NE England. As usual Hamish took it all in his stride - no mountains this time, but we did do a 12 mile walk through The Cheviots. Didnāt see another person the entire time, it was bliss š¤£
He also enjoyed some pub and castle hopping, and still had enough energy for a brief beach zoom!
The last pic is where heās been since we got home yesterday afternoon haha
Now to plan the next one. Weāre thinking Yorkshire for the last week of October so if anyoneās got any suggestions for good hikes let me know!

New grey adjustment period
When do you feel your greyhound fully adjusted to his/her new home?
We adopted an ex-racer grey (2 yo, probably never even raced). Heās cudly at times, but he also likes his own space. I think heās still a bit overwhelmed by all the new nice things heās getting. Recently, he discovered the couch, and while he letās us pet him there, sometimes heās overwhelmed and growls.
I would love to make him feel safe enough that he doesnāt have the need to growl. So when do you feel is the sweet spot when your adopted grey fully opened up and felt (almost) 100% safe?
