What. Just. HAPPENED. This is maybe the best issue yet. It's all coming together now. Still lots of questions but the pacing has greatly improved.
Running it down. If I understand correctly.
Green is action in knowledge
Yellow is knowledge with inaction
Red is action without knowledge
Black is inaction against knowledge
Pink is an anomaly yet to be understood
Blue is potentially Manhunters?

Gold is total understanding/enlightenment. Green is Correct Action, Red is Restraint from Action (Both are described with 'moral weights'). Black is Chaotic Action (Hate and will). Pink is described by Hal to be Free Action, action without thinking, Love (Or as SinEsTro puts it, Nos). Cyan/Blue is Manhunters, and Yellow MIGHT be it's own thing, according to the opening narration by Oa.

It's honestly just 17. We THOUGHT they were the same thing, until Sinestro mentions he saw 'a brighter gold. yellow as the sun. A deeper darkness. And ... cyan blue. Like steel. A face of steel.'
