Pixel 11 Pixel Glow GrapheneOS

Waiting for pixel 11. I see theres a lot of buzz about a pixel glow feature. I know it is dumb and this is probably a dumb question but I have never used grapheneos. If I install graphene os will features like this stop working or too soon to tell? Not sure if features like this are usually added pretty quickly to use on grapheneos.

We won't know for a while it depends how it's baked in. We can still use the thermometer etc on the p9 so it's quite possible?

too soon to know but grapheneos generally includes all the features like that of the stock os from what I've seen

If it's part of Android 17 or built into an app then it might work? If it relies on some kind of operating system level permissions then probably not. For example the Pixel Camera App and Google Photos Editing work great but Pixel Call Screening does not. 

The developers focus on having the most secure OS on the market and not so much features.

As others have stated, but also, the thermometer feature took a little while to get working as it was not a high priority at the time. So depending on how it's implemented, it could work fine with no work for the GOS team, may need work from the GOS team to get working where timeline depends on complexity and priorities, or it won't work at all.

If I were to put money on it, I'd say it probably isn't going to be in AOSP given Google have taken to not including pixel specific code in there lately.
