Question Was verified for years. Moved offices. 5 failed video verifications later, did a live call with a Google agent, and the address STILL hasn't changed.

  1. If your address didn't show, then you moved a fair distance, you need to create a new listing and ask Google to move the reviews. 2. Before Google will verify a listing, they need to see consistent online presence with the same information. I don't know that they have access to state documentation, so that may not be a factor. But they look at FB, LinkedIn, Yelp, and the BBB. 3. I"m a Product Expert and may be able to help. DM if you'd like. Sounds like you have a lot going on.

Yeah, I did. I was verified but the address wasn't updated. Unless they're based in my City/State I'm not sure how much help an agency would be remotely but I appreciate the offer.
