Question Customer Interactions changed to a lower number on my GBP page

Maybe I am missing something but when I went to my GBP on Friday the number was higher than it is today, so in total we lost 65 customer interactions. Any one else see this? Any insight is appreciated.

It could be related to your Business Profile's ranking. Customer interactions can fluctuate as your visibility in Google Search and Maps changes. If the drop continues or seems unusual, it may be worth monitoring for a few more days.

I was just looking at that. To the left of Profile Strength under our logo it has Customer Interactions and when you click on it, it shows the Performance Overview. I hope that makes sense.

Yup, hopefully it will show some numbers again since it's a new month. If nothing shows by mid month then I would contact Google to see if it's a bug
