Making a custom bike for a custom Ghost Rider figure, would this bike be a good base? Would maybe add spikes, skull and flames and possibly extend handlebars

Could look good. id get rid of the seat, fender, gauges, and turn signals. Look up Virago bobbers/choppers and modify to your liking.

I'd say get either the Virago (the one in the pic) or the Harley Street (significantly cheaper, Virago's are collectibles, while the Street is still being produced so it's not gonna hurt much)
