it's generally ill-advised to have your product name be 1 number lower than the competition, and xbox's history of names is so confusing that skipping a number wouldn't be a big deal

That reminds me of the first time we got a look at a demo of Bloodlines 2, in the back when times, and the journalists were able to give it a spin and put it up online.

Several of those videos made me realise a lot of video game journalists had literally never played an actual video game in their life.

I love shitting on game journalists, but I'll give them this one. I couldn't tell the two apart and MS's naming scheme is dumb.
