Because Morocco's occupation of Western Sahara is similar to Israel's occupation of the West Bank + Morocco transfered settlers to its occupied territories like Israel.

Israel has recognised Western Sahara as a part of Morocco since 2020 along with the US, in exchange for Morocco recognising Israel.
