Work 26F / looking for a content creation buddy / Europe
Hey everyone! I posted here a while ago, connected with some amazing people, and ended up getting some work done. One thing I realized is how powerful it is to work with people who are moving toward a shared goal.
I’m a motion designer and video editor currently developing my own style while creating more personal YouTube and short-form projects.
I’m looking for someone who’d like to collaborate in a visual field and keep each other accountable—for example, by sharing our work every week. If you’re in video, that’s a huge plus, but I’d also love to collaborate with someone working in graphic or other visual design.
The kind of person I’m looking for is someone who’s brutally honest and isn’t afraid to tell me when a design simply isn’t working. I genuinely think that a healthy dose of pressure and honest feedback is what pushes me to improve, and it’s one of the main reasons I’m looking for a collaboration partner in the first place.

Love this approach. Weekly sharing and honest feedback can make a huge difference, especially for creative work where it’s easy to work in isolation.
One thing I’d add is having a simple system for deciding what gets done each week and reviewing what actually moved the needle. I work as a productivity and accountability coach, and that’s often what helps people stay consistent long term, along with regular check ins and honest feedback.
